DebtXplained is an online information resource for the European High Yield Bond Community. DebtXplained has a database of expert written reports on Offering Memoranda. The reports are investor led and summarise the key features of the offering that are vital to understanding its inherent risk. DebtXplained also offers a search database where new and historic bonds can be compared.
What is contained in a DebtXplained report?
DebtXplained reports contain a comprehensive analysis of Offering Memoranda broken down into a clear and easy to read format. The format is the same for all reports to facilitate navigation and comparison. The format was created to highlight the key features of any deal essential for investors and advisors and contains flagging points and traffic light summaries. Sample reports can be viewed here.
Sounds great! Where can I see some samples of DebtXplained products?
Those interested in the community are first recommended to view the sample reports and search database. There is also the option of a trial membership. This lasts for one month and grants access to the DebtXplained blogs, reports and online resources.
My team have found the reports extremely helpful and would like to know more about the service. Is there a representative I can talk to?

The reports look fantastic, very clear and informative. How do I subscribe?
The different membership packages to the site can be explored here.
To purchase a membership package, please complete the registration form on the Membership page. A member of the DebtXplained team will then contact you to welcome you to the community and arrange the details of your subscription.
We have purchased a subscription for our team. How many of us can access the site at one time?
There can be up to to five named members on a subscription. Each member has a unique login (their email address and a password). The unique logins mean that all five members of a subscription may be logged in at the same time.
I have received my membership details. How do I log-in?
To log in, enter your email address and password in the relevant boxes in the top right hand corner and click the “Login” button.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgotten Password” link and follow the instructions on screen.
If you input an incorrect password three times your account will be locked for a period of twenty minutes.
If, for some reason, you are experiencing user name or password issues then please email us at: enquiries@debtxplained.com and we will reply within 24hrs.
How do I access the latest reports to be uploaded onto the site?
The latest reports section (on the right hand side of the screen) contains links to the latest reports we have uploaded. Simply click on one of these links to access the deal information and view the related PDF documents.
How do I use the search function to find a report?
To search for a deal, click on the “Reports” menu item. This page will display a list of search criteria at the top.
By default, all deals are shown. You can use the search criteria to constrain the search to match your requirements. Search results are shown underneath the search criteria, ten deals at a time. To view more deals click on the page numbers 1 2 3 etc. at the foot of the page.
To view information about a deal, click on the deal name. This will show you the deal summary, tranche information (where multiple tranches exist) and links to the PDF files (Reports and Offering Memoranda).
Is there any software that I need to view the reports?
The website is best viewed in either Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7 or Firefox® 3
at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
Adobe Reader® is required to view the reports and Offering Memoranda.
